CeMMEC13
CeMMEC13 is a selective isoquinolinone inhibitor of the TAF1 second bromodomain (IC50 = 2.1 μM) . This chemical probe is used in vitro to study transcriptional regulation and has been applied in cellular models to investigate the biological functions of bromodomain-containing proteins.
