Nomifensine
Nomifensine is a potent and selective norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) . It is used in research to study dopaminergic and noradrenergic systems in vitro, such as in synaptosome assays, and has been applied in animal models of depression and reward.
