The assay recognizes natural human IFNg. To define the specificity several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1a,IL-1b, IL-10, IL-12, IL-4, IL-6, TNFa, IL-8, and IL-13). This testing was performed using the equivalent human IFNg antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
