Human IL-17A/F ELISpot Pair

The assay recognizes natural human IL-17A/F. To define specificity several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any of these proteins tested IL-17A, IL-17B, IL-17D, IL-17E, IFN-g, Gal-1 and IL-33. This antibody pair shows cross reactivity with human IL-17F. This testing was performed using the equivalent IL- 17A/F antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
