Specificity
The assay recognizes natural human IL-17A. To define specificity, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1beta, IL-6, IL-23, IFNgamma, IL-17B, IL-17D, IL-17E, IL-17F). This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-17A antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
