Specificity
The assay recognizes natural human IL-12p70. To define the specificity several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-10, IL-12p40, IFNgamma, IL-4, IL-6, TNFalpha, IL-8 and IL-13). This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-12p70 antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
