Specificity
The assay recognizes natural human IL-10. To define specificity of this ELISpot, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for these proteins tested IL-1beta, IL-12, IFNgamma, IL-4, IL-6, TNFalpha, IL-8, IL-2 and IL-13. This testing was performed using the equivalent IL-10 antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
