Ceftaroline fosamil
Ceftaroline fosamil (TAK-599) is a broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic effective against resistant Gram-positive bacteria, including MRSA. It is widely used in microbiological and pharmacological research for both in vitro susceptibility testing and in vivo efficacy studies in animal infection models.
