Specificity

The assay recognizes both natural and recombinant murine TNFalpha and rat TNFalpha. To define the specificity of this ELISA several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested: human TNFalpha, murine IL-2, murine IL-6, murine IL-10, murine IL-23, murine IFNgamma, murine GM-CSF, murine CD138.
