β-Anhydroicaritin
β-Anhydroicaritin is a bioactive small molecule with demonstrated immunosuppressive effects in LPS-stimulated macrophages in vitro. Its phytosome formulation shows in vivo efficacy in ovariectomized mouse models by inhibiting bone turnover and improving bone properties without uterine stimulation, and it also protects against zymosan-induced peritonitis by modulating macrophage Ca2+ influx and iNOS expression.
