CCCP
CCCP is a mitochondrial uncoupler that dissipates the proton gradient, inhibiting oxidative phosphorylation. It is widely used in vitro to study mitochondrial function, cellular metabolism, and innate immunity, as it also suppresses the STING-TBK1-IRF3 signaling pathway.
