Obefazimod
Obefazimod (ABX-464) is a small molecule that potently suppresses HIV-1 replication in stimulated PBMCs with an IC50 ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 μM. It is a research tool for investigating antiviral mechanisms and has been evaluated in both in vitro assays and clinical (in vivo) studies for HIV infection.
