SR-4835 is a potent and selective dual inhibitor of CDK12 (IC50=99 nM) and CDK13 (Kd=4.9 nM) . It has been shown to impair the growth and viability of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells in vitro, providing a valuable chemical probe for oncology research targeting transcriptional CDKs.
