DMG-PEG 2000
DMG-PEG2000 is a lipid-PEG conjugate used to formulate lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for nucleic acid delivery. It enhances mucus penetration for oral plasmid DNA delivery in vivo and improves the transfection efficiency of siRNA-loaded liposomes in both in vitro and in vivo research applications.
