DB2313 (Carboximidamide) is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the transcription factor PU.1 (IC50=14 nM), disrupting its binding to DNA. It induces apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells in vitro and has demonstrated anticancer efficacy in preclinical in vivo models, supporting its use in hematological malignancy research.
