Diphyllin
Diphyllin is a novel V-ATPase inhibitor with research applications in gastric cancer. It suppresses tumor cell growth by inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin pathway via blocking LRP6 phosphorylation, as demonstrated in in vitro studies.
