Frentizole
Frentizole is a small molecule immunosuppressive compound that specifically inhibits the interaction between amyloid-beta (Aβ) and the Aβ-binding alcohol dehydrogenase (ABAD) . This inhibition has been investigated in vitro and in vivo for its potential to mitigate Aβ-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in Alzheimer's disease research.
