O6-Benzylguanine
O6-Benzylguanine is a potent and irreversible inactivator of the DNA repair protein O6-alkylguanine-DNA alkyltransferase (AGT) . It is widely used in cancer research to sensitize tumor cells to alkylating agents in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
