Navtemadlin
Navtemadlin (AMG-232) is a highly potent and selective oral inhibitor of the p53-MDM2 interaction, exhibiting an IC50 of 0.6 nM and a Kd of 0.045 nM for MDM2. It is widely used in cancer research to reactivate p53 pathways, demonstrating antitumor efficacy in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft models.
