SR-717 is a non-nucleoside STING agonist analog of cGAMP that stabilizes the protein in a closed, active conformation. It has demonstrated antitumor efficacy in preclinical models by enhancing immune cell activation and antigen cross-presentation in both cellular and animal studies.
