HBT1
HBT1 is a glutamate-dependent AMPA receptor potentiator that enhances receptor activity and stimulates BDNF production with minimal intrinsic agonism in primary neurons. This molecule is used in vitro and in vivo to study synaptic plasticity, neuroprotection, and cognitive function in models of neurological disorders.
