Thalidomide-5-OH is a cereblon (CRBN) -binding ligand derived from thalidomide, used to construct PROTAC molecules for targeted protein degradation. This small molecule enables the study of CRBN-recruiting PROTACs in both cellular and in vivo models for probing disease-related protein functions.
