Capmatinib xHCl
Capmatinib hydrochloride (INCB28060) is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable ATP-competitive inhibitor of c-Met kinase. It demonstrates low nanomolar IC50 values in biochemical and cellular assays, effectively blocking both constitutive and HGF-stimulated c-Met activity. This inhibitor is widely used in cancer research, particularly for studying c-Met-dependent tumor models in vitro and in vivo.
