Vonafexor
Vonafexor (EYP001) is a potent and selective agonist of the farnesoid X receptor (FXR/NR1H4) . It demonstrates anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) activity and has been investigated in both in vitro assays and in vivo preclinical models for chronic liver diseases, including HBV infection.
