Tenovin-6 Hydrochloride is a small molecule inhibitor of SIRT1, SIRT2, and HDAC8 with reported IC50 values of 21 μM, 10 μM, and 67 μM, respectively. It functions as a p53 activator and has been utilized in both in vitro and in vivo cancer research studies to investigate pathways involving apoptosis and cellular senescence.
