CPI-1205 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of EZH2, demonstrating sub-nanomolar enzymatic inhibition (IC50: 0.002 μM) and low nanomolar cellular activity (EC50: 0.032 μM) . It is a valuable chemical probe for investigating the role of EZH2 and PRC2-mediated H3K27me3 in oncology and epigenetics research, both in vitro and in vivo.
