Procyanidin A1
Procyanidin A1 is a proanthocyanidin with demonstrated antiallergic properties. It suppresses mast cell degranulation in RBL-2H3 cells by inhibiting signaling downstream of PKC activation and internal calcium mobilization. This compound is a useful research tool for studying allergic response mechanisms in vitro.
