Ayanin
Ayanin is a vasorelaxant and non-selective phosphodiesterase 1-4 inhibitor with potential for allergic asthma research. It inhibits IL-4 production in basophils with an IC50 of 2.2 μM, supporting its study in respiratory disease models both in vitro and in vivo.
