Cnidicin is a bioactive small molecule with demonstrated anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties, inhibiting mast cell degranulation and NO production (IC50 = 7.5 μM) . It also suppresses the proliferation of various human cancer cell lines in vitro, including A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF498, and HCT-15 cells, highlighting its potential for immunology and oncology research.
