PY-60 is a small molecule activator of YAP with a binding affinity (Kd) of 1.4 μM for annexin A2 (ANXA2) . It induces a YAP-dependent transcriptional program that promotes cellular proliferation, as demonstrated in studies of epidermal remodeling in adult animal models. This compound is a valuable research tool for investigating Hippo pathway signaling in both in vitro and in vivo contexts.
