Beta-Estradiol 17-hemisuccinate is a chemical tracer that selectively labels cells expressing the estrogen receptor (ER) . It is used as a histochemical stain in both in vitro and ex vivo research applications to identify and study ER-positive cells in tissue sections and cell cultures.
