Oxethazaine is a topical anesthetic, in preventing acid-induced esophageal pain. (In Vivo) :Oxetacaine (intraperitoneal injection; 5, 10, and 15 mg/kg; during days 4–11) doses induces significant conditioned place preference (CPP), and there are no differences among the groups. While its postive control group phentermine only 3 mg/kg causes significant CPP. .
