ML-7 Hcl is a cell-permeable, potent, reversible, ATP-competitive, and selective inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (Ki = 300 nM) ; also inhibt smooth-muscle myosin light chain kinase, protein kinase C (PKC) and cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) .
