Dofetilide
Dofetilide is a selective potassium channel ((hERG) ) blocker, used as a Class III antiarrhythmic drug. (In Vitro) :Dofetilide (3~100 μg/kg; i.v.) increases repolarisation time via a selective prolongation of activation repolarisation interval, activation time being unchanged.Dofetilide is metabolized by CYP3A4 to a mixture of inactive polar metabolites that are then excreted by the kidney.
