Deoxythymidine triphosphate (dTTP) is one of the four nucleoside triphosphates that are used in the in vivo synthesis of DNA. Unlike the other deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates, thymidine triphosphate does not contain the "deoxy" prefix in its name.
