A small molecule suppressor that counteracts trichostatin A (TSA) -induced cell cycle arrest, histone acetylation and transcriptional activation; also suppresses acetylation of cytoplasmic alpha-tubulin as well as histones induced by hydroxamic acid-based HDAC inhibitors like TSA and SAHA.
