Isobavachalcone
Isobavachalcone (Corylifolinin, Isobacachalcone) is a chalcone constituent of Angelica keiskei that can induce apoptosis in several cancer cells, also shows activity against multidrug-resistant (MDR) Gram-negative bacterial isolates; significantly reduces pro-caspase-3 and pro-caspase-9, and subsequently increases the level of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-9 in neuroblastoma cell lines also exhibiting deletions of the major efflux pump components (AcrAB, TolC) .
