Terbutaline Sulfate
Terbutaline sulfate is a β2-adrenergic receptor agonist; a fast-acting bronchodilator and a tocolytic to delay premature labor. (In Vitro) :Terbutaline sulfate (0-10 μM, 1 hour) enhances MKP-1 expression in activated mouse macrophages. (In Vivo) :Terbutaline sulfate (intraperitoneal injection; 0.5 mg/kg; twice a day; 20 days) treatment can improve the allodynia in ob/ob mice.
