Cinepazide maleate
A cerebral vasodilator that acts as a calcium blocker; protect neuronal cells against OGD injury by suppressing OGD-induced oxidative stress and preserving mitochondrial functions.Ischemia Approved (In Vitro) :Cinepazide Maleate (intravenous injection; 30 mg/kg) potentiates the vertebral vasodilator response of dogs to intravertebral adenosine and cyclic AMP, while cinnarizine reduces their vasodilator effects.Cinepazide Maleate (intravertebral injection; 1-10 mg/kg) increases vertebral blood flow in a dose-related manner in dogs.
