Tubacin
Tubacin is a potent, selective inhibitor of class II histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) with IC50 of 4 nM, displays> 300-fold selectivity against all other HDAC isoforms; induces α-tubulin hyperacetylation at 2.5 μM in primary cortical neuron cultures, iinhibits proteasome and aggresome function induces synergistic antitumor activity in multiple myeloma; also suppresses proliferation and induces apoptosis of AML cells.
