The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Reinhard et al, EMBO J. 1992 Jun;11 (6) :2063-70. PMID: 1318192) . Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03μg/ml. Approx 40kDa band observed in Mouse Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 39.7kDa according to NP_033525.2) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml.
