TGX-221
A potent, selective PI3K p110β inhibitor with IC50 of 8.5 nM; weakly inhibits p110δ (IC50=211 nM), and no activity against p110α (IC50>1 uM) ; inhibits platelet-ECC interaction, platelet aggregation and platelet-granulocyte binding; shows anti-thrombotic effectt devoid of other cardiovascular actions in rats.
