BRPF1-IN-3 is a potent, selective, membrane permeable BRPF1 bromodomain inhibitor with pIC50 of 7.1; shows 100- and >1000-fold selectivity over BRPF2 and BRPF3, respectively; exhibits an IC50 of 0.98 uM in cellular protein interaction assay (displacement of NanoLuc-tagged BRPF1 bromodomain from Halo-tagged histone H3.3) .
