Atosiban
A nonapeptide, desamino-oxytocin analogue, and a competitive vasopressin/oxytocin receptor antagonist; inhibits the oxytocin-mediated release of inositol trisphosphate from the myometrial cell membrane; is used as an intravenous medication as a labour repressant (tocolytic) to halt premature labor.
