Reboxetine is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with Ki of 8.2 nM. (In Vitro) :Reboxetine mesylate has weak affinity for muscarinic, histaminergic H1, adrenergic α1, and dopaminergic D2 receptors.Reboxetine mesylate preventes the Dexamethasone-induced decreases in cell viability and proliferation rate. (In Vivo) :Reboxetine mesylate (30 mg/kg; i.p.) significantly decreases the immobility time in the mice depression models.
