Lesinurad
Lesinurad (RDEA594) is a selective uric acid reabsorption inhibitor used in combination therapy for gout. Its clinical use has been limited, but it has not been linked to serum enzyme elevations or clinically apparent liver injury. Research applications include in vitro and in vivo studies targeting the URAT1 transporter for hyperuricemia management.
