Nelfinavir
Nelfinavir (AG1341) is a potent HIV-1 protease inhibitor (Ki=2 nM) used in antiretroviral therapy. Research has also investigated its broad-spectrum anticancer properties in vitro, including the induction of endoplasmic reticulum stress and the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation in various cancer models.
