Binodenoson (WRC-0470) is a selective A2A adenosine receptor agonist with a KD of 270 nM. It acts as a short-acting coronary vasodilator for pharmacological stress testing in myocardial perfusion imaging, facilitating research in cardiovascular disease models both in vitro and in vivo.
