Methazolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor used to treat glaucoma. Target: Carbonic Anhydrase Methazolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor with Ki of 50 nM, 14 nM and 36 nM for hCA I, hCA II and bCA IV isoforms, respectively.
