Solifenacin (YM905 free base) is a selective muscarinic receptor antagonist with pKi values of 7.6 (M1), 6.9 (M2), and 8.0 (M3) . It is widely used in pharmacological research for in vitro receptor binding assays and in vivo studies investigating urinary bladder function and overactive bladder pathways.
